Worst customer service I've ever experienced - Moving Review

Quote was for $6,860 but when the actual movers arrived in a Budget Rental box truck they indicated that their truck would not be big enough and the price would be significantly higher. The price went to $11,600 (est). The quote specifically mentions "Transportation with late model air-ride suspension trucks". This truck did not have air-ride suspension. IF they answer the phone they transfer you to an answering machine and calls are not returned. Furniture was ruined with mold/mildew because they didn't use climate controlled storage. They arrived 11 days past the delibery date of June 30th They won't show us what the actual weight of the shipment was.
This is a bait and switch operation with absolutely no customer service.
Absolutely the worst experinece with a moving company.
OHHH yes...I have found out they changed thier name to
DIRECT VAN LINES Steer clear of these people as well.
