worst experience every... The only good news you will get is on the day of the quote, it is all lies and down hill from there. Explained to to salesman that I had to be out the 5th of December and was told that was not a problem , well my furniture was still in the house on the 7th and when they finally got there the truck was 3/4 full and would never hold all my furniture. The weight that they tell you will be completely off I had a 4 bdrm house that i listed all of my furniture of they were only able to get the bdrms and i was only 200lbs under weight. They will tell you that if you furniture count is correct and you go over weight there is no additional cost. That is a complete lie.... They did offer to put my furniture in storage and go back to get it but after finding out how far off they were with the weight and the price would be another 1500 plus i told them to forget it> In short they will continually lie to you,I spent an entire weekend waiting to be picked up without even a phone call when they didn't show. If you like to be lied to cheated and scammed use them other than that STAY AWAY.

After further evaluation of your case, we will like to start to point out the reason why the amount of your estimate changed from the total cost of the relocation was because of the additional items that you added to the inventory. It is clear on the estimate order for service that if any consumer adds more items the cost will increased. This customer cancelled on us.
