WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE - Moving Review

You must know they strictly broker someone else to move your belongings. They bear no responsibility if anything goes differently than what the salesperson tells you in the pitch. They underestimated my weight by a thousand pounds and you pay extra for going over their estimate. No matter what salesman says about being there for you to resolve any issues along the way don't believe it. After the move begins the salesman is powerless to do anything for you. My things were delivered 6 days later than scheduled. I had to sleep on the floor 5 night waiting for my things. My things were supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday, Wednesday came and they said it would be Friday. Friday came and they said it would be Sunday. Sunday came and they said it would be Tuesday. When it arrived Tuesday they wouldn't unload anything until you paid in full. So they get all of the money up front before you see if they have everything. Of 23 boxes I only received 17. In those boxes were pictures of family that can never be replaced. I would trade everything for those 6 boxes. I can buy everything else. Terrible company! If you hire a mover make sure you are hiring licensed and bonded small company directly with no middle man!
