Worst moving company EVER!!! - Moving Review

This is the worst company I have ever come in contact with. They told me that my move would take 5-6 days and it took 25 days!!! I called everyday trying to find out what was going on and it was next to impossible to get someone on the phone. The salesperson who was so anxious to talk to me when he made the sale I could never get a hold of again (Randy). I emailed him and left several messages. I finally got a hold of Bridget who put me in touch with Simon and he told me that they had 7-10 business days to get the stuff there. When it was beyond that, he told me they technically had 30 days to get the stuff there. When the guy finally arrived to give me the stuff, they woud not bring the stuff to the door because it was beyond 75 feet from their truck. They made us give them another $150 to bring the stuff inside. There was never any apology for them taking an extra 20 days to deliver the stuff!!! These are the rudest people in the world and basically you are screwed because they have all your stuff! Never ever use Simplicity Moving...it is anything but simple!!!
