This is the email that I have sent them Twice and nobody will repsond to me... Who gave us a misleading quote and then jacked up the price once they started moving our stuff. He sent the truck a day early and we were not ready for the move. He then gave me a final quote at $3900 dollars and then increased it again to $4600 dollars and kept our belonging as a ransom until I agreed to pay the increased amount. Then we could not get our belongings when we wanted to. We were forced to sleep on the floor of our new apartment and not have our stuff for 3 days. Then when our stuff was delivered many thing were damaged or broken. I have taken pictures and can forward them once someone contacts me back. Please take this seriously. I have already looked into contacting the Better Business Bureau and writing multiple reviews online about how we were treated. Let's come to a reasonable resolution. Thank you and have a great day!
