My family and I used Regions to move from Miami to north Florida. I have moved 5 times in the past 10 years, and this had been the worst experience. Many pieces were lost and never transported to the final destination, including two custom built bed frames and their pieces. I own very expensive antiques and paintings, all were mistreated, poorly wrapped, and stacked all on top of each other. The movers had poor attitudes, several pieces of furniture that they claimed would not be able to be taken upstairs were later easily transported upstairs AFTER I hired an outside team to come fix the predicament I was left with. The quote presented was a binding contract; however, extremely misleading when the company told me I needed another truck for my "crap" and I was to pay an extra $800. Beware of this extremely deceiving and incompetent moving company.

This has been a review posted since June 28, 2010. It was posted by a person named Alexandra and titled: Worst Moving Experience. Since its posting we have been searching our files of jobs serviced by us. We have not come across anyone with this name and situation. If a customer has a legitimate complaint, Regions tries to resolve such with the customer. In this case this posting occurred without any opportunity for Regions Van Lines to address it. As mentioned before, it seems from our research that this customer did not exist as we can not verify the validity of the customer, the move, or anything itemized in the complaint. Our challenge is to understand how My Moving Reviews verified this as a legitimate review. If there is no protocol to verify the party of complaint and the actual incident described, we respectfully request that this posting be taken off the site as it is just undeservedly bashing a reputable company.
