The move was timely and the movers were good guys. The price was as agreed. They put two large creases in my stainless steel refrigerator and refused to accept my claim. Jeff stated a .60 per pound policy but refused to pay for my damages even at the advertised rate.

He said since I had negotiated a low rate, they would not honor the base coverage at .60 per pound! When I stated that was unacceptable, he would not return calls or emails.

This is a perfect example of why everyone knows the moving industry is corrupt and full of bad operators who should be tightly regulated and forced out of business for not being accountable for their actions.

DO NOT use this company for any reason, ever.
