I emailed your company before, when I replied with the link they needed I never got a response back since. Customers are stating there writing reviews yet they are getting deleted. Is there a reason for that?

    Dear Sarah,

    There are many reasons why a review is not visible on the website:

        1. The review does not comply with our terms of service.
        2. The review is filtered by our system.
        3. The review is written by a company employee.
        4. The review is not about an actual moving experience.
        5. The reviewer have submitted multiple moving reviews under the same company.
        6. The reviewer requested the removal of the review.
        7. The reviewer requested to update its review.
        8. The review was mistakenly written under another company’s name.
        9. The moving company disputed the review and the dispute was resolved in their favor.
        10. The reviewer have used an non existent email address for the review activation.
        11. The reviewer did not activate the review by email.

    We want to make sure we show only accurate reviews by real customers.
